Hawaii Island police are asking the public’s help locating a 33-year-old man wanted for meth trafficking and domestic abuse and a 24-year-old man wanted for violating probation.
Hawaii Island police are asking the public’s help locating a 33-year-old man wanted for meth trafficking and domestic abuse and a 24-year-old man wanted for violating probation.
Brandon Harrison, 33, is wanted on a grand jury indictment for meth trafficking and other drug-related charges. He is also wanted for domestic abuse, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as Caucasian, 6-foot-3, 215 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a green tattoo of a clown on his right inner forearm and green tattoos of skulls on his right upper arm. He may be in Kona or Ocean view.
Rickie Andaya-Tabucbuc, 24, of Honokaa is wanted for violating probation for abuse, theft and other cases, according to police. He is described as 5-foot-2, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has numerous tattoos on his left arm, including one that says “Sonny.” He may be in Waipio Valley.

The cases are being featured on the latest edition of “Hawaii Island’s Most Wanted,” a project of Crime Stoppers Hilo Inc. It airs on Na Leo O Hawaii Community Television Channel 54 on Sundays at 5 p.m. and Fridays at 5:30 p.m. It also airs intermittently on Channel 53.
